A luscious corn and scallop soup started everything off before winding to tender slices of bulgogi garnished with ripe peaches and finishing with a watermelon fruit salad. The ingredients were completely of the moment, while the flavors and formats reflected chef Ki Kim’s distinct modern Korean point of view.
