"Opening Friday, October 27 at 4529 SE Division Street, this takeout-and-delivery-centric market focuses on a few regional styles of burritos and Mexican American-made products and beverages, anchored by two tortilla types: Norteño-style flour tortillas and house-nixtamalized corn tortillas. Echoing the Tacos Con Onda pop-up, mesquite-grilled carne asada arrives wrapped in Sonoran-style flour tortillas and can be served simply with pinto beans and avocado or as a Mission-style burrito with pinto beans, rice, lime crema, salsa roja, and cheese; Mission-style filling options include chicken tinga, carnitas, and sweet potatoes charred over mesquite.
