"Enjoy dinner and a Las Vegas style cabaret show at Kuba Cabana at CityPlace Doral. There will be two seatings with a three course meal; first seating will be 7 p.m. and priced at $99 and the second seating at 9:45 p.m. for $150. Start the meal with choice of tuna tartare, swordfish carpaccio, croquetas de jamon (ham croquettes), beef or chicken empanadas, or a payaya and burrata salad as an appetizer. Move on to selections of either a guava smoked pollo barbacoa served with sweet plantains and congri (mixed white rice and black beans), short rib over a sweet potato puree, crispy branzino filet with sauteed vegetables, or arroz del mar (seafood rice) with corvina, octopus and squid. Leave room for dessert options of arroz con leche (rice and milk pudding), chocoland, timba (crackers with guava and cheese) or yucca churros." - Stacy Moya
