D.C.’s Best Holiday Pop-Ups | Eater DC

"Head to a three-in-one holiday pop-up affectionately name “Caroled at Commodore.” Drawing inspiration from Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, the upstairs dining area is meticulously split into three sections to show scenes of Christmas past, present, and yet to come that Ebenezer Scrooge visits in the classic tale. Each room will also be paired with drinks like Past’s “Fezziwig’s Fancy,” with Gilles Brisson VS Cognac, triple sec, cranberry, and sparkling wine; the Present’s “Cratchit’s Fruitcake” with pear brandy, Heirloom Alchermes, Italicus bergamot liqueur, and cranberry; and Yet to Come’s “Graveworm,” a chocolate pudding shooter with alcoholic gummy worms; and more Caroled cocktails." - Vinciane Ngomsi
