"Saigon Hustle started as a dream between two best friends wanting to bring authentic Vietnamese food to a larger demographic. With the day to day hustle of being entrepreneurs and mothers, the need for healthier food options through a drive-thru were almost nonexistent. They wanted to keep the menu simple without compromising the quality and explosion of Vietnamese flavors. Cassie and Sandy were able to accomplish this with Saigon Hustle serving banh mi, vermicelli and rice bowls with an array of proteins. It is about bringing convenience and healthy food options to the forefront of the fast casual space."
