"At a fellow Irish pub, McCarold’s, owner Virginia Tiseo sounded cautiously optimistic but still wary, saying she can’t entirely shake the fear that restrictions might return and that the staff are 'living it day by day.' For the first time in two years the bar looks like it did pre-pandemic, and McCarold’s will mark St. Patrick’s Day with decorations, giveaways, special Irish menu items and the return of green beer.
