"This Berg Hospitality steakhouse recreates the gritty glamour of New York’s Meatpacking District in Houston’s Heights. Designed by Gail McCleese, the industrial aesthetic at the 8,000-square-foot steakhouse and sushi bar uses exposed metals, rustic textures, and soft upholstery fabrics. The space’s original eye-catching red factory crane adorns the dining room, but Prime’s live-fire grills at the restaurant’s center and walls filled with firewood steal the show.
