"A buzzy New York restaurant founded by Brooks Headley in 2015 that earned a cult following for an inventive lacto-ovo-vegetarian menu and a signature burger Cate Blanchett once called “the thinking man’s burger.” It’s doing a one-day-only Los Angeles pop-up at a Hancock Park venue on Sunday, June 8; the walk-in-only event runs 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (expect a line before doors open) and, per the Instagram flyer, will feature the concept’s classics alongside farmers-market specials." - Rebecca Roland
