"Tapas restaurant Sebastian Pintxos Bar, from the owners of the Sivas, opens Sunday, October 30, in the former Takorea space on Juniper Street in Midtown. And it features over 50 gins behind the bar and table-side sangria service. The menu centers on dishes by chef Ilkay Suuctugu styled after those found at restaurants throughout the Basque region of Spain, according to a press release. Expect a selection of pintxos (shared snacks), meats and cheeses, vegetable and meat entrees, and a number of desserts.
