"A planned Italian chophouse to occupy part of the hotel’s redeveloped waterfront space, the concept will seat about 350 guests — including roughly 150 outdoors — and will feature a dockside menu of steaks, homemade pastas, and extensive seafood options. The project plans to showcase an array of Italian wines and its own themed cocktails from the main interior bar, which will offer panoramic water views from a second-floor terrace.
