Su Casa Asian restaurant at the Silverton reopens with new dishes and more dining intel - Eater Vegas

"Chart House celebrates its 60th anniversary with a special menu of fan favorites such as a seafood pot pie with lobster, shrimp, scallops, asparagus, and mushrooms under a flaky puff pastry crust; teriyaki top srloin served with fingerling potatoes; seared pepper ahi topped with ponzo and served with a sesame and wonton salad; shrimp beignets served with chipotle aioli; and miso maple glazed salmon wrapped in prosciutto, topped with mango balsamic glazed drizzle, lemon shallot butter, and served with Asian green beans. The first Chart House opened in 1961 in Aspen, Colorado. In Las Vegas, find it at the Golden Nugget." - Susan Stapleton
