"This venue at Caesars Palace reopens in a modified format as a lounge with access to a terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, operating Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 p.m. until late beginning Friday, March 5. Entry is restricted to guests 21 and older and reservations are encouraged (online or by phone).
