"Opening Saturday, August 22 on Peachtree Dunwoody Road in Sandy Springs, One Sushi — from the team behind One+ Sushi in Brookhaven — offers a menu of sushi including more than 20 rolls and sashimi, plus hot items such as miso duck breast, deep-fried stuffed jalapenos, cauliflower tempura, and bang bang shrimp. The bar serves 10 cocktails, sake, and a variety of Japanese beers and whiskeys. During grand opening week (August 22–28) the restaurant plans to offer diners a 50 percent discount at lunch and dinner; it will be open for dine-in and takeout.
