Basta’s Chef and Fortuna Chocolate Are Opening a Boulder Cafe - Eater Denver
"Dry Storage is a collaboration with Boulder-based Fortuna Chocolate. Located in the Peloton West complex next door to Whitaker's Basta, it will be a cafe, event space, and bulk grain bar, with a liquor license. Fans can expect morning coffee and pastries, a chocolate 'cocktail' bar, fresh-ground polenta as well as quinoa and farro flour to buy in bulk, and then pop-ups and classes." - Josie Sexton
