Choose from a dry martini featuring olive oil-washed gin or vodka; step it up a notch with the dirty, which includes Italian-spiced olive brine and a pimento olive; or go all out with the grimy, an umami bomb packing an anchovy-and-parmesan-infused olive brine, anchovy, and a blue cheese olive. Fans of Gabbiano’s fun mozzarella stick shots will be similarly delighted by the jalapeno popper arancini, a smart mashup of the two appetizers.
