Soho House Chicago is Offering Chefs a Residency Through a New Contest | Eater Chicago

"An experiential coffee bar founded by South Side natives Amanda Christine Harth and Felton Kizer, Monday Coffee began as pop-ups serving ready-to-drink cold brew and now has a residency at Soho House where it will offer traditional coffee service, cold brew flights and espresso martinis while using the residency to tighten operations and align staff. The team plans to host barista training and coffee throwdowns, and will operate in the lobby-level former The Allis coffee bar space with hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily starting April 4; after 3 p.m. the ground-floor space opens to the public and Soho House serves cocktails and hosts DJs Thursday through Saturday." - Sam Nelson
