Golden Nugget’s Grotto Italian restaurant is now open Downtown | Eater Vegas

"Reopened in a new space inside the Golden Nugget's Carson Tower, taking over the former Lillie’s Asian Cuisine, this Italian restaurant offers house-made meatballs, pizza and classic pasta dishes such as carbonara with pancetta and wild mushrooms, lasagne al forno with beef Bolognese, cavatelli with Italian sausage, and roasted chicken ravioli. Entrée highlights include veal kickerillo, prawn diavolo, bistecca pizzaioli, salmon salento with crab meat, and steak tagliata. The bar runs a happy hour Monday–Friday from 4–6 p.m. and Sunday–Thursday from 10:30 p.m. to midnight with bites like stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail, meatballs, calamari, artichoke and spinach dip, arancini, and zucchini crisps; draft beers are $5, wine $6, and select cocktails and sangria $8.
