"Oheya by Uchi, an exclusive 12-seat, reservation-only sushi restaurant, is debuting on Monday, March 20 in Montrose. Offering two experiences per night, priced at $175 per person, the menu will change monthly, led by a different Hai Hospitality chef each time.
