"Essential pie chain Wiseguy Pizza opens its seventh D.C. area location on Thursday, April 25. All-day Wiseguy caters to late-night bar hoppers in its newest neighborhood with service until 3 a.m. on weekends, midnight on Thursdays, and 11 p.m. during the week. Reston, Virginia-based Thompson Hospitality snapped up Wiseguy in 2022 and has added three new stores since. Its New York-style pies continue to be built with California tomatoes, Wisconsin cheese, virgin olive oil, and Parmigiano-Reggiano, with offbeat toppings like Korean chicken and paneer tikka.
