"As an avid corn lover, I knew I needed to try the elote slice as soon as I saw it on Mama’s Too’s Instagram; the square slice ($9.50) is loaded with corn kernels and the queso fresco provides a nice tang for balance, delivering the sweet late-summer flavor I associate with the season — it’s massive and messy (two of us shared it as a snack), so don’t attempt to eat it anywhere windy or on the go, but as a seasonal slice it’s worth trying and is available at both Mama’s Too locations this month." - Eater Staff
