The Best Late-Night Phoenix Eats | Eater Phoenix

"The Sonoran-style hot dog is an iconic Arizona dish, consisting of a Mesquite-smoked and bacon-wrapped hot dog, tucked in a bolillo-style bun and topped with beans, mayonnaise, chopped tomatoes, guacamole, salsa, and cheese. A small stand tucked away on the southwest corner of 20th Street and Indian School called Nogales Hot Dogs No.2 is offering some of the best Sonoran dogs in the valley. Owner Pablo Perez has been in the Sonoran hot dog biz for over a decade and knows exactly what he is doing. Nogales Hot Dogs No.2 is open until midnight Sunday to Thursday and 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday." - McConnell Quinn
