"Since it opened a year ago, I’ve noticed Moynihan Train Hall — an expansion on Penn Station — has been positioning itself as a more upscale transit hub by drawing in fancier food businesses so travelers don’t want to avoid it: you can find Blue Bottle cappuccinos, Magnolia Bakery cupcakes, and smoked salmon sandwiches from H&H Bagels (which opened an outpost there in December).
