"This nine-year-old patisserie at Aria, formerly Jean Philippe Patisserie, has already rebranded as Aria Patisserie and is currently hiring ahead of expected new menus. It served chocolates, cookies, cakes, crepes, gelato, salads and sandwiches, and the Aria location also offered diners the convenience of “to go” boxes for the journey home. The rebranding follows Jean-Philippe Maury’s departure from the Strip after 20 years." - Bradley Martin
