"A hugely popular New York City–born burger chain is opening a very small standalone location on South Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena, a block or so north of the 110 Freeway terminus. The site takes over a former Budget Rent‑a‑Car lot and is said to have one of the smallest footprints for any standalone outlet in Southern California: a squat black building with room for parking, good street frontage, and side‑street (Fillmore) access.
