"A popular Vietnamese pop-up led by chef Eric Pham that opened a permanent location Thursday, March 6 at a shared commercial kitchen and event space. Pham’s family owns Minneapolis restaurant Quang; after plans to open in August 2024 were derailed when a fire destroyed the former Ngon Bistro building, the operation launched evening dinner service out of MidCity Kitchen. Menu highlights carried over from the pop-up include a popular fried chicken sandwich with chile crunch, roast pork prepared with a fish sauce vinaigrette, sticky jicama ribs, and desserts such as Thai tea–infused tres leches cake." - Serena Maria Daniels
