Popular Portland Gay Bar Scandals Is Opening a Second Family-Friendly Location | Eater Portland

"After a copy of the liquor license was posted on X by Iain MacKenzie and owner David Fones confirmed the news to the Portland Mercury, Scandals is planning a second, family-friendly location called Scandals East at 827 NE Alberta Street; the new restaurant will include a full bar, food, and a large outdoor patio, will welcome guests of all ages (unlike the original 21+ spot), and does not yet have an announced opening date." - Rebecca Roland
