"The spring has been a good season for new dive bars with great restaurants attached to ‘em in Austin. The new timeless-feeling Windsor Park bar seems like it’s been in the city for forever, but truthfully, it opened in April. On deck’s an easygoing food and drinks menu. The former takes its cues from Texas-Mexico border truck stop dining establishments. That means smash burgers, potato taquitos drenched in salsas, picadillo burritos, and biscuits (head chef James Durham also runs pop-up Jimjam’s Biscuits) with some edible glitter thrown in there.
