"Reopening this week, the restaurant El Quijote first opened in 1930 and closed in 2018 during the Chelsea Hotel’s renovations. Spanish food will remain the focus under new operator Sunday Hospitality (the group behind Williamsburg’s Sunday), and while many of the interior design details it’s long been known for will be retained, the formerly 220-seat venue has been reduced to a 65-seat capacity." - Emma Orlow
