"A Salem-based coffee roaster’s Back Bay outpost opened on September 24 at 116 Huntington Ave (across from the Prudential Center) as a hybrid coffee shop and wine bar. Seating around 100 including an outdoor patio, it offers a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, sipping chocolates, smoothies, and food items such as bagels, sandwiches, salads, and soft-serve ice cream, alongside a full bar serving wine, beer, and cocktails. Although the owner describes it as a wine bar, cocktails that nod to the brand’s coffee origins are a highlight — examples include a boozy bubble tea, a bourbon‑infused hot cider, and a Vietnamese coffee martini. It opens at 6:30 a.m. daily and closes at 11 p.m. Sunday–Thursday and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. This is the group’s third Boston proper location; the downtown Boston spot (665 Washington St., opened 2015) was the first to serve wine, while the South End location (1651 Washington St., opened 2011) and a 2016 Tokyo outpost remain traditional coffee shops without the wine-bar component." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal
