Yuyuza fast-casual Pan Asian restaurant to open in Wicker Park - Eater Chicago
"The owner of Yuzu Sushi & Robata Grill plans to open Yuzuya Asian Grill in January at 1415 N. Milwaukee Avenue. Yuzuya will be a Pan Asian and assembly line-style restaurant with rice bowls, including hormone- and antibiotics-free beef, chicken, and salmon, tofu, and a selection from Beyond Meat.
