"Set to open in Fort Worth at 1229 8th Avenue, Wabi House will quietly begin dinner service this week after delays with the City of Fort Worth pushed back the original summer timeline, operator Christopher Huynh told Eater. It brings the shop’s killer tonkotsu, spicy miso, and shoyu broths paired with plenty of toppings and springy noodles, along with a full menu of yakitori skewers—including grilled chicken and vegetables—and the tempura veggies that have long been a favorite at the Dallas outpost.
