The Best Tofu Presses, Reviewed and Tested - Eater

"The Tofu Bud consists of a plastic box that fits a standard block of tofu, two perforated planks inside, and a metal spring with a knob. It applies pressure through a hole in the lid, squeezing the tofu. After 15-20 minutes, excess water can be emptied from a spout. It's dishwasher safe, easy to store, and provides a seamless press with two pressure levels. The removable drainer allows handling excess water later, avoiding resubmerging the tofu." - Emma Alpern
