"I noticed Sudhouse DC is among the early adopters of To Go Green’s reusable-container service, which supplies containers cheaply per use to help restaurants save money and reduce packaging waste more than bio-based or compostable containers. Patrons are asked to return containers to any participating restaurant, and the founders monitor supply levels and will restock locations when they run out; Uber currently handles deliveries for the pilot while the team aims for full integration with delivery services across the DMV down the line." - Emily Venezky
