"Tucked into a century-old Larimer Street building, I found a cozy two-story taproom that keeps the brewery's brick bones intact and offers two outdoor patios and ground-floor fire pits—across the street you can see Ratio Beerworks and from the back upstairs deck it's a straight shot to Epic Brewing. The on-site 10-barrel pilot system deliberately recalls Odell's 1989 beginnings in a 1915 Northern Colorado grain elevator, and Denver head brewer Brent Cordle is focused on making sure the beers “kick ass” in a crowded RiNo scene, brewing a rotating selection of roughly eight beers for the local audience. On tap now are a guava gose, a “lil RiNo” session IPA, and a margarita “crossover” ale, and the brewery will feature a series of cocktail beers starting with the margarita. Managed by longtime Fort Collins employee Matt Jaspers, the space fits about 200 patrons, is marked by a giant hop wall mural, and is open noon–10 p.m. Sunday–Wednesday and noon–midnight Thursday–Saturday." - Josie Sexton
