"Billing itself as an “elite sports bar experience” in downtown Detroit, Parlay has the pedigree to back it up. It’s a venture from former Detroit Lion Joique Bell and a few other partners who fill up the massive space formerly occupied by the Detroit Beer Exchange on Washington Boulevard. Inside, a black-and-white checker floor and bright lighting differ from the traditional dim sports bar look.
