"Since 2019 I've enjoyed Tres’s House of Cheesesteaks' terrific twist on a Philly classic, and now the operation has moved into a more fixed location in Crown Hill by taking over the kitchen at Goofy's Sports Baron on 15th Avenue NW. The move brings later hours and an expanded menu—from pizza cheesesteaks and pork belly versions to burgers, loaded fries, and mozzarella sticks—while the food truck that made the rounds through northern Seattle will be mostly retired and used only for special occasions. For now Tres’s is serving from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily and offering delivery through DoorDash, Caviar, and Grubhub." - Gabe Guarente
