Tous Les Jours, the Korean mega chain, opens a second Chicago bakery | Eater Chicago

"Opened as the chain’s second Chicago outpost at 1726 W. Division Street in Wicker Park—timed to coincide with the Do Division festival—this Korean-French bakery offers chocolate croissants, cloud cream cakes, macaroons, laminated pastries, sandwiches, and a selection of coffees and teas in a bright, modern space. Operated by Korean-American Richard Kim, a former manager at Sunda, the location joins several suburban sites and a recent Chinatown shop; the larger brand began in Korea in 1988, opened its first U.S. store in 2004, and now counts roughly 50 U.S. locations and over 1,600 worldwide." - Ashok Selvam
