The Collective in Seattle Opens Restaurant High Tide to the Public - Eater Seattle

"The Collective — a three-year-old social club/coworking space in South Lake Union — is opening its restaurant, High Tide, to the public through Labor Day. On the High Tide menu are Pacific Northwest seafood and meat dishes, such as Dungeness crab nachos with roasted tomatoes and a mornay cheese sauce, Baywater Shellfish oysters with champagne mignonette, and Kurobuta bone-in pork chops on top of corn waffles with apple bourbon gravy." - Gabe Guarente
