Sakura Ya debuts a rare Japanese menu of sushi and bento boxes in Centennial’s Skye Canyon - Eater Vegas
"A rare Japanese dining option in the far northwest, currently only served by Umami and Krazy Sushi on Durango Drive, Sakura Ya joins casual Asian-inspired restaurants Qwik Thai and China-a-GoGo at the Marketplace, offering takeout and delivery, and its own spin on lunch specials, including sushi and sashimi deals, and beef, chicken, or salmon bento boxes. The lengthy menu of familiar favorites includes tempura appetizers, soups, ramen, udon, chicken katsu, raw bar options of tuna, yellowtail, and octopus, and teriyaki dishes.
