Brato Brewhouse & Kitchen Partners With the Sinclair to Come to Cambridge | Eater Boston

"A Bowery Presents live-music venue and restaurant in Harvard Square that is fully reopening after pandemic-related partial closures, now featuring the Brighton brewhouse team in the kitchen. The menu will include popular items from the Brighton spot — notably the brewhouse’s bratwurst made with local pork, Buffalo cauliflower, hot chicken, and several vegan options — and will showcase a full selection of South Shore–style bar pizzas (rather than the grilled-cheese flights found at the Brighton location). Brato beers will be available on draft and in cans to start (Pilot 463 and Pig in Soot Stout), with plans for a Sinclair-exclusive brew; unlike the Brighton site, this location has a full liquor license and full bar.
