Target Of Alleged Racist 911 Incident at PDX Food Cart Shares His Story - Eater Portland
"Chicken & Guns food cart co-owner Dustin Knox called the police on a black customer named Kevin Raysor. It was reported that Knox asked Raysor to leave while he was waiting for Chicken & Guns to open and then called 911 on him, claiming Raysor was 'yelling racial slurs' and threatening to beat up a landscaper near the food cart pod. Raysor, however, denies these accusations and says he was simply waiting for the cart to open. The incident has led to Knox being placed on leave." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
