"Opening July 18 as the Miami flagship of a popular New York City Tuscan restaurant, this family-oriented, Tuscan-inspired spot—pronounced “Fe-Lee-Che,” meaning “happy”—is led by executive chefs Roberto Consiglio and Luigi Bailon and draws on founder Jacopo Giustiniani’s family influences. The menu covers lunch, aperitivo, and dinner with starters like soup of the day, crostone ricotta with honey and figs, and savory zeppole with prosciutto; salads such as a quinoa mix with avocado and almonds and a seared salmon Nizzarda; heartier dishes including veal meatballs in tomato sauce, baked eggplant parmigiana, tonnarelli alla carbonara, and lasagna tradizionale; and mains like Faroe Island salmon, oven-roasted branzino, and a prime NY strip steak with sides of crispy Brussels sprouts and sautéed spinach. The wine list features a variety of Chiantis, Brunellos, and Sangioveses, many from the founder’s vineyard. The interior channels a classic Italian restaurant with large brass pendant lights, artwork and mirrors, and earth-toned vases and floral arrangements, and it embraces Miami’s tropical climate with a spacious patio for outdoor dining; it is the first Miami venture for SA Hospitality Group and joins the team’s other locations across the U.S. and Milan." - Olee Fowler
