"A temporary chef residency running 22 August–28 October offers a small-plates, sharing-focused menu inspired by the diverse culinary influences of Tel Aviv — Israeli, Yemenite, Moroccan, Tunisian and Spanish. Expect highlights such as lamb sweetbreads with za’atar and lemon, a squid pita and an ox cheek with hummus, with dishes priced roughly between £3.50 and £17.
