"A high-end grocery boom has come to West Seattle, at last. Just a week after PCC Community Markets opened up an outpost on California Ave, a long-in-the-works Whole Foods has arrived at 4755 Fauntleroy Way SW in The Whittaker Apartment Complex. The 45,000 store had been hampered by construction delays for many years (Whole Foods first announced its intentions to build in the neighborhood back in 2006), but residents can now finally delve into the fancy produce, meats, and other goods from the Amazon-owned grocer." - Gabe Guarente
