Wells Street to see if expansion hurt the food, and after spending $25.99 I stood by my prior praise: the menu item “The 10” (fried catfish with a pineapple glaze, sweet potatoes, and a cornbread muffin) earned my emphatic “10, 10, 10!” I disclosed that I have a financial arrangement with Cleo’s, but I still believe the seasoning and execution hold up against fancier and even Michelin-starred restaurants I don’t review." - Naomi Waxman
