Amal Coconut Grove Opens in Miami | Eater Miami

"From the team behind popular Miami Beach restaurants Byblos and Meet Dalia, Amal Coconut Grove offers shareable Lebanese cuisine in a bright, airy space with 180 seats. Chef Wissam Baki serves modern interpretations of traditional Lebanese shared items—dips, salads, hot meze, and skewers—alongside inventive takes on entrees such as monk salad, truffle rakakat, pistachio kebab, and black cod harra, all rounded out by an ample assortment of Lebanese, domestic, and international wines. The design, inspired by the shores of Lebanon, features a soft palette of pinks, terracotta, and pastel blue against white plaster and oak furnishings, and this summer the restaurant will debut a 5,000-square-foot rooftop bar with panoramic views of Miami and Biscayne Bay, a cocktail program, and entertainment.
