"Opened by MasterChef Season 7 winner Shaun O’Neale in partnership with mixologist Benjamin Browning (a Survivor: Samoa alum), this restaurant and bar at Panorama Towers aims for a high-end “bar food” program paired with an ambitious cocktail menu. The team pitches a New York–chic, LA–cool with a Vegas vibe and plans to launch with dinner service before adding breakfast, lunch, brunch and live entertainment; a Panorama Towers Pizza concept is also in development out of the space. The seasonal menu highlights local purveyors (including Wells, Nevada wagyu) and dishes such as wild mushroom risotto, Nevada wagyu steak, scallop crudo, Baja kampachi crudo, roasted bone marrow and honey‑lacquered Jidori chicken.
