It’s the first of three locations planned for the Southeast by Premier Kings, Inc., which operates Burger King and Popeye’s franchises throughout the region. The Hummus and Pita Co. serves pita and laffa sandwiches and gyros, falafel, shawarma, hummus bowls, and side dishes, like couscous and Moroccan beans.
