"A Houston gelato shop has introduced a smoky new flavor created in collaboration with a local barbecue joint: El Burro’s Butterscotch BBQ, made with tamarind barbecue sauce, smoked Texas pecans, and smoked butterscotch. The shop’s Instagram indicates the flavor is currently available at its Montrose and Ella Boulevard locations. Regular hours are Tuesday–Thursday and Sunday 12:30–10 p.m., and Friday–Saturday 12:30–11 p.m." - Alaena Hostetter
