"I found that Rice & Miso, known for its rice balls (onigiri) in flavors like ume and for its bento boxes, is closing its Forsyth Street location; founder Mika Hatsushima, a former model who started Rice & Miso as a Brooklyn Flea pop-up in 2012, cited a staffing shortage as the reason, and the team’s other locations (including addresses at 134 Nevins Street in Boerum Hill and 139 Plymouth Street in Dumbo) remain open or temporarily closed as noted." - Emma Orlow
